The best thing of keeping fit is that you want to improve your health, you have to do exercise and have a good diet. If you do that for a long time, you will keep fit.If you will feel better with yourself because you will be a healthier person and your strength will increase. It is not difficult to keep fit because if you only go walk for thirty minutes, you will be doing exercise.
In the other hand, doing so much exercise or being obsessed with keeping fit it’s a bad thing and dangerous because you probably will have healthy disorders or problems with food like bigorexia, when you are obsessed with attaining an unrealistic cultural sntandard of muscularity.
In clonclusion, doing exercise to keeping fit it is a good way to be healthier than you are now but you have to moderate with sports and the diet.
