THE IMPORTANCE OF MUSIC IN MY LIFE

Music has been in the human´s life from time immemorial but nowadays music is everywhere. We can listen to it from supermarket's elevators or streets to theatre, concerts, conservatory, etc.

In my life, music is very important because it is part of me everyday when I go to conservatory. Moreover, I devote to it a lot of time because it is a way to express what I feel and be myself. Most people think that music is a kind of art that everyone can understand and perform. You can listen to music for many things like studying for an exam, doing exercise, reading a book, to singing in the shower or simply relaxing.



From my point of view, we can say that music is in our entire life, no matter if we want it or not. It makes us feel good and that is important. You can find it in everywhere, everyday, every time.

SPORTS



There are two types of sports. First we find conventional sports that everyone does day by day, like football, basketball. And extreme sports that people do for feeling harder emotions, like parachuting, waterskiing, mountain boarding.

We prefer extreme sports because we are tired of conventional sports that you can do normally and we want to try another type of sports. We think that extreme sports can offer us "extreme" experiences.
Moreover, if you always do the same kind of sports, someday you would get tired of it. However with extreme sports that is not the problem because there always something new. 

In conclusion, from our point of view, conventional sports are good to do with your friends without necesary equipment and everytime you want, but we prefer extreme sports because it is something new and it is never  the same.  Danger means emotion so we would like to do that kind of sport.

THE IMPORTANCE OF KEEPING FIT

The best thing of keeping fit is that you want to improve your health, you have to do exercise and have a good diet. If you do that for a long time, you will keep fit.If you will feel better with yourself because you will be a healthier person and your strength will increase. It is not difficult to keep fit because if you only go walk for thirty minutes, you will be doing exercise.


In the other hand, doing so much exercise or being obsessed with keeping fit it’s a bad thing and dangerous because you probably will have healthy disorders or problems with food like bigorexia, when you are obsessed with attaining an unrealistic cultural sntandard of muscularity

In clonclusion, doing exercise to keeping fit it is a good way to be healthier than you are now but you have to moderate with sports and the diet.

WHAT TYPES OF FILMS DO YOU PREFER?

In general, we like all types of films, but we prefer that kind of films about love, comedy or adventures. Although these types of films are very different, they are addictive and hook you to the end of the film.

At first, we like romantic films because we can imagine a perfect relationship with a boy, and they make us think, despite of the fights, love always win. Secondly we also like comedy films because, in our point of view these films can make you have a good time if you are sad. Finally, adventure films are good because they are entertaining.



To sum up we think the film you’re watching isn’t important  if you are in good company.
